A pair of entry-level Battlemage GPUs could be unveiled by Intel this week which is much-awaited among users. The recent marketing materials that were shared by reputable leaker Ronald Quandt offer insights on what could be expected from the lower-spec B570. These leaks include specific details about dual-fan ASRock Arc B570 Challenger OC GPU.

This indicates that 18 Xe2 crores and 10 GB of GDDR6 VRAM on a 160-bit memory bus could be included in the new chip.

In addition to this, it can also be anticipated that the Intel Arc B570 chip may have an 8-pin PCle power connector, together with which it may also have a GPU clock speed of 2.6 GHz.

According to these rumoured specifications, it seems that Intel’s Battlemage chips are supposed to compete with more budget-friendly graphics cards that include the Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti and AMD Radeon RX 7600.

While the pricing of the new Intel chips remains uncertain, a product listing that was shared by @Momkmo_us clearly indicates that the Limited Edition Intel B580 card is priced at $250. This is quite less than the pricing of $399 which was for the RTX 4060 Ti and $269 pricing for the Radeon RX 7600.

If Intel is able to price its upcoming cards as the rumours state then other cards could face major competition in the market. However, in the leak, the metrics that could be used for competition were not specified hence, this claim should be considered with caution. The introduction of the new Battlemage GPU by Intel is about to happen soon as the company has confirmed that an announcement related to Intel Arc is scheduled for the 3rd of December at 9 AM ET which will be streamed live for the viewers on YouTube channel where more details could be revealed.
