Finally, the wait is over for millions of Minecraft players across the globe. After months of anticipation and a lot of speculation, the company behind the Minecraft has put a date to release the 1.21 update of Minecraft.

It turns out players do not have to wait for too long to get the newest Minecraft update.

Officially, the 1.21 Minecraft update is called the Tricky Trials and is scheduled to release on June 13, 2024. Yes, it is only a couple of weeks from now. On that day, players will be able to download and install the final version of the update and start playing it. Mojang put out the release information on its X handle.

Here is what you should know about the upcoming update.

This is supposed to be one of the most important and impactful updates the game has seen in years. This new update adds multiple new items and mobs to the game. This time a new palatial structure – The Trial Chambers – is also coming to the game where a new challenge awaits the users.

The Trial Chambers will house the Breeze, a hostile mob that has some similarities with Blaze found in the Nether Castles. This new mob uses wind attack and it is quite challenging to defeat. So, the wait for this update will be worth it. This mob will drop the new Breeze rod and wind charge when defeated.

Vault can be unlocked using the trial key, these are the two new items that are coming with this update. Players will find some interesting and rare items in the Vault, the best one is the heavy core block.

Heavy core block is another addition to the game with this update and can be used with the breeze rod to make a powerful weapon called mace. The mace is going to be the most powerful weapon in Minecraft.

With this update, Mojang studios also added a new mob called bogged. It is a new skeleton variant that is found in the swamp and the trial chambers.
