For now, the only way to try Apple Intelligence is by using it on iPhone 15 Pro. Later this year, the entire lineup of iPhone 16 is expected to get the same features as well. But the interesting news is that the iPhone SE coming as early as the beginning of 2025 will have Apple intelligence as well.
This is revealed by Mark Gurman from Bloomberg in the Power On newsletter. If that is going to be the case, the smallest iPhone will be the most interesting option for users.
iPhone SE has always been the cheapest device with reasonably powerful hardware that recycles the old form factor. It is the budget compromise of Apple. Most recently, the iPhone SE came in the iPhone 8 chassis.
There are also rumors around the change of the form factor for the new iPhone SE. It is rumored that the new iPhone SE will come in an iPhone 14 chassis. Finally, they are doing away with the iPhone 8 chassis. With this change, it may even feature a 6.1-inch OLED screen.
When you factor in the Apple Intelligence with the next iPhone SE, it could prove to be a powerful device. As the iPhone 15 wasn’t powerful enough to run Apple Intelligence.
By the looks of it, the new iPhone SE will be a modern device with powerful specs.
On the other hand, the iPhone 16 is tipped to feature upgraded Wi-Fi that will boost speed and reliability.
