Save Music Directly from Feed

YouTube is now enabling creators to save music directly from the Shorts feed. This will allow the creators to use their music or audio in different applications.

In the above image example, you can see that you’ll be able to “Save Music” directly to your device from Shorts UI. It will add the music to your designated folder for later use.

Up until now, creators had to resort to various applications and different techniques to save Shorts music to their devices. But now, YouTube has made it easier for creators to save their music.

Music has always been a key element in short video apps like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. So, it makes sense for YouTube to create multiple features around it.

This year, YouTube has also added remix options for Shorts. That will allow users to play with music and hop on the trend.

In other news, the company is also set to display recommendations in the “Inspiration” tab in YouTube Studio in three new languages.

Added Language Support in Inspiration Tab

Back in June, YouTube added a new Inspiration Tab to the YouTube Studio. It was available in only English back then.

Now, they have announced that the new Inspiration Tab will be available in Japanese, Korean, and Hindi as well.

Inspiration tab is used to give creators ideas and notes based on what your channel viewers are likely to be interested in. They use YouTube’s AI system to determine that.

It would be a great source of ideas for a creator.
