The company behind Facebook, Meta has announced that it will be hosting its annual business messaging conference “Conversations” on June 6th through a live event. The live event will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and streamed live to everywhere else in the world.
In its third year, the “Conversations” event from Meta aims to highlight the latest innovations and upgrades for its messaging platforms on different services like Facebook, Threads, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
The company says, “Be the first to hear about business messaging innovations on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. You’ll discover how to create more personal and interactive conversations that can help drive sales, expand your customer base, increase customer satisfaction, and deepen relationships with new and loyal customers.”
In this event, probably the focus will be on the new AI tools from Meta including the AI chatbots, which the company added to its search bar across its apps.
Brazil is a key market for WhatsApp, the second largest after India, and holds major potential for its expansion. That is why holding a live event in Sao Paulo is a great idea.
Ultimately, they want to provide the business customers with enough tools to create more opportunities for the brands to connect with their prospective audience.
